PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
I understand that:
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Fresh Face Studio Clear Skin Bootcamp.
I understand that my application will be carefully reviewed to determine whether I am an appropriate candidate for the Clear Skin Bootcamp based on my skin concerns, goals, and commitment to the program.
If my application is approved, I will receive instructions to complete my enrollment. My enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Once my enrollment is confirmed, I will recieve access to schedule my required 60-minute Virtual Skin Consultation, during which my skin will be thoroughly assesed and a personalized treatment plan and home care routine will be created.
The Clear Skin Bootcamp is an educational coaching program and not medical treatment. I understand that results vary and depend on my consistensy, skin type, lifestyle, adherence to the recommended skincare routine, and attendance throughout the program.
The program investment is $397, if accepted into the program, I understand that recommended skincare products may be required and purchased separately based on customized routine and budget and are sold seperately.
All program fees are non-refundable. Due to the digital and educational nature of the Clear Skin Bootcamp, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued after payment has been recieved.
I understand that Fresh Face Studio reserves the right to decline any application if the program is not an appropriate fit or if partcipation is determined not to be in the best interest of the applicant.
